Howard Watson Phillips, Jr. – a dear friend and the son of our company’s founder – passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 22 2016 at the age of 90 after a prolonged battle with various illnesses. Howard was a life-long resident of Kensington, Maryland.  He graduated from Landon School in 1944 and served in the US Navy during World War II.  After graduating from Lehigh University in 1952, he joined his father’s insurance agency – Howard W.
