How do I report a claim when your office is closed?
Refer to your policy for the carrier's 24-hour claim hotline to report the claim, or go to our claims page for more information.
How do I get a certificate of insurance sent to a company requesting it?
Fax the request directly to our office at 202-331-8452 to the attention of the person that handles your account. We will process the request within one business day.
I am not receiving any assistance from the adjuster with my claim and it has been open for a long time. What should I do?

How do I make changes to a policy ?
Contact your account representative directly. Changes and cancellations MAY NOT be done via voicemail.
What do my auto coverage terms mean and how do they apply?
Liability protects you for bodily injury and property damage caused by you to a third party. Comprehensive covers theft, glass breakage, fire and vandalism (things beyond your control). Collision is the coverage that provides repairs to your vehicle in the event your vehicle is damaged in a collision.
